We are a small, international team working in the heart of Austria’s Kamptal region, where we cultivate our vineyards organically and biodynamically. Our days are shaped by the seasons, the vineyards, and a shared belief that great wines are made through dedication, craftsmanship, and respect for nature.
We believe in doing things with care, learning from each other, and taking responsibility for what we create. From the first cut of the pruning shears to the final bottle, every step matters, and so does every person involved.
We are looking for someone who shares this mindset and would like to become a long-term part of our team.
Could this be you?
Perhaps you have already spent a few seasons working in vineyards or wineries and are now looking for a place where you can develop your skills and become more involved in the entire winemaking process.
You enjoy being outdoors, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your efforts throughout the year. You understand that working with nature requires patience, flexibility, and sometimes long days.
You are reliable, open-minded, and comfortable working both independently and alongside others. You bring practical experience in viticulture or winemaking, communicate well in German or English, and are curious to learn more.
Most importantly, you care about what you do and enjoy being part of a team where everyone contributes.
A little more about working with us
Life at our winery is varied. Depending on the season, you might find yourself pruning vines, working with our biodynamic preparations, preparing for harvest, or helping in the cellar.
We want our team members to understand the bigger picture, not just their individual tasks. You will have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of production, from the vineyard to the finished wine.
We value people who take initiative, share their knowledge, ask questions, and bring fresh perspectives. There is always something new to learn, and we believe that everyone in our team has something valuable to contribute.
